Online shopping policy

Customers who purchased on line are allowed to return their products provided you contact us within 7 days of receiving your package, and that you return the package to us within 30 days.

Steps:

  1. Request a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within seven days of receiving your order by emailing info@life-of-circle.com .
  2. Items returned with no RMA number will be refused and returned to the sender at their expense.
  3. You must ship to us within 30 days of receiving the package. Please send the package via a traceable carrier so that you can track your package if necessary.
  4. The return items should be sent to

  5. Please insure the package for the full amount of the invoice plus shipping charges, as our company is not responsible for items lost or damaged while being shipped back to us.
  6. Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Damaged or used goods will not be accepted for exchange or refund (our company reserves the right to objectively determine whether the goods have been damaged or worn).
  7. Items can be returned for a refund or store credit, which will be processed if the item is in its original condition and all the information referred to above is received.
  8. In the case of a refund, the credit card used for the original purchase will be credited with the original price. Shipping charges, customs and taxes cannot be refunded.
  9. RMA requests accepted after seven days of receipt of order are discretionary, as are returned items received after 30 days which may be returned to the sender.

  1. We ship to Hong Kong, China, Macau, Taiwan, Singapore, Thailand, Korea, Japan, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the U.S.A., Canada, the U.K. and members of the European Community.
  2. We use Hong Kong Speed Post to ship to Hong Kong, and International Express Delivery Service to ship worldwide. Shipping rates will be calculated automatically upon checkout.
  3. We will normally ship your order within 3 business days, unless the item has sold out, in which case, we will notify you of when the item will be shipped. If you cannot wait that long for the item to arrive, we will refund you. 
  4. The International shipping rate does not include customs duties. You will be responsible for paying customs duties, if any, to your country's customs tariff system.

gift & packaging

All of our products are shipped in our exclusive branded boxes. Our boxes are tied with the life of circle ribbons and come with gift cards for you to write your message. 

We can also write your message on behalf of you and send the package to your loved one by making a different shipping address when you check out.
 
how to care for our products
 
At life of circle, we like to use 925 silver, 18-karat gold, diamonds and other organic materials for our jewellery. A unique feature of our silver jewellery is that they all contain 92.5% of pure silver. They are hand-polished and protected with precious 18-karat white gold plating (also known as rhodium plating), making them less vulnerable to tarnishing and oxidation.

To care for your life of circle jewellery, we recommend that you store the jewellery in its original pouch and use the lamb suede provided for polishing.
