Do you do custom design?
If the design exists in 925 silver, we would be happy to custom made it into 18K gold or even with diamonds set on it. If the design only exists in 18K gold, we wouldn't be able to do the same from gold to silver

Would my 925 silver jewellery oxidize like all other silver jewellery?
All our 925 silver jewellery are hand-polished and protected with precious 18-karat white gold plating (also known as rhodium plating), making them less vulnerable to tarnishing and oxidation.

How long does it take to ship my order?
the item is in stock it can ship within 5 days. Sometimes a ring might need to go to our workshop for sizing which may take an additional 5 days. If the item is not in stock it will normally ship within 25 days. During workshop peak season from January to March & July to September, ?our workshop will be busy and or our stone cutters may be backlogged. How do I know when my order has been received?
Upon receipt of your order an email confirmation will be sent to the email address provided. Please keep this email; it contains your order reference number which you may need at a later date.

Are there any addresses you cannot deliver to?
We are currently not able to deliver to P.O. Boxes or military bases.
